High School Volunteer Registration

WS Gate club welcomes High School Volunteers to contribute as a mentor/tutor for elementary grade levels 4,5 and 6. Please fill out this HS VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION form to register your interest. The board will return your application with questions/comments/approvals. You may need to work with chair of the club you wish to teach in, to provide/obtain further details.
